[remodel including kitchen, flooring, etc] It was a great experience working with Grace and her team on the remodeling of our newly purchased house. Grace is very experienced and professional. She always listens and understands our needs. She gave great advice -- after months of moving into the newly modeled house, the value of the advice and the decisions made definitely show and are reflected in the convenience it brings to everyday life. Grace's end-to-end (from design to the final finish) service assures the timely completion of the project, even under today's uncertainty of supply chain. Grace pays great attention to details and always makes sure we are happy with the project at each step.
She has an amazing carpenter team. My customer built closet fits the space, provides great function, and looks beautiful! Highly recommended!評論

Grace setup an appointment with me for 1pm but didn't show up. Never messaged or called me. And then she suddenly showed up at 3pm, walking straight to our bedroom because the main door wasn't locked. I then asked her to take off her shoes. But she kept forgetting to do so every time she stepped out and back in. Later when she gave me her quote for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling it was one of the highest quote I've seen. Clearly I'm not going with someone so unprofessional and exorbitantly expensive.評論

[Bathroom] Scheduled a quote, wait for 2 hours without showing, does not pick up the phone call.
Looked at other reviews, looks like it is not their first time doing this. DO NOT TRUST this company.評論

I wish I had some sort of review to write for the work that was done. However, I was stood up after scheduling an onsite estimator to come out to my business. I had to close up show to make room for the estimator due to capacity limits. I had both my children with me and waited at my business for them to show up. In short nobody called or gave any notice they weren't coming. I was simply ghosted. 評論
