我们因为对之前团队不满意，在拿到permit之后换到郑师傅。从帮我们转换permit开始，郑师傅就体现了一流的专业素养，工作效率和对客户的高度负责。
在沟通方面，郑师傅微信回复非常及时，材料的挑选也会很耐心指导。对于一些code方面的问题，郑师傅像consulting一样回答了我们很多的小白问题。
在工程方面，品质是行业top的水平。令我们印象很深的是，郑师傅对一些图纸上没有提到的部分，有很专业的taste，在符合code的前提下现场会有一些巧妙的随机应变，这也帮我们完善了很多装修的细节。
工期方面，在我们大部分材料到齐的情况下，郑师傅提前一个半月过了final，中间的inspection都是一次过。
郑师傅在装修结束后也提供warranty：我们一个老房子遗留的电路问题，在final inspection之后暂时没有发现，但是后来向郑师傅提出后，他周末跑了过来免费帮我们处理了。
