Found Steven from SayHomee. We selected his team after interviewed 6 GCs. We like his formal quotation process with everything confirmed in writing through email and his attention to details. His price is not the cheapest but reasonable. His has since guided us through the city permit application that went smoothly. I have high hope that the project execution will go smoothly as well. I'll report back after the project is finished but so far so good!#Kitchen

我們請Steven協助我們申請加建浴室還有更換熱水器的permit。Steven來回來了我們家很多次觀察結構，也立即回覆City的要求。重頭到尾的申請過程我們都不用跟city打交道。申請過程中，我們有任何問題他也能用他的經驗和知識很迅速的回答我們。另外我們的GC也打電話跟Steven詢問許多圖紙結構的問題，Steven也能夠替我們有效的跟GC溝通。Overall, 我很滿意Steven這次的服務，價錢也很公道，推薦大家。#浴室裝修/熱水器/瓦斯管線permit 申請

Steven helped us renovate both our bathrooms recently which turned out better than we imagined! He and his team had great communication and were very flexible to accommodate our schedule. My mandarin is very bad so everything was in english. We often asked questions in the evening and he still would respond. Steven gave us very good advice and pointed out some project details and edits that we didn’t think about or overlooked ourselves. Best of all, the price was very good and transparent unlike other places!#Bathrooms
