Doing some remodeling and wanted better stuff than Big box store HD.  Went to Sincere and the people have always been helpful.  We purchased Toto toilets, Toto Bidet/Washlet system, Flooring, Shower Tiles, Shower Doors, Shower Accents, Shower Inserts, etc... you pay and they load it up for you.

Mario did a fantastic job helping design our remodeled kitchen. Process was simple and he kept in constant communication from the time we had our initial meeting, all the way through the end of our project.  Our cabinet order was delivered very quickly (2 weeks ahead of the estimate!) and Mario was quick to resolve a couple of minor issues with the order.

Disappointing.  I bought bathroom vanities earlier this year and that worked out fine.  When I ordered more cabinets from them I had a disappointing experience.

Sincere is awesome and Kevin is truly the best. Us beginners have a long way to go with learning about remodeling and Kevin helped us plan a kitchen redo from start to finish. Most importantly, when anything came up he was quick with responses and offering alternatives. Thank you!

Mario is your man. Come to him with your kitchen remodel, and you will walk away with ideas, code considerations, and advise that you may not  get from your contractor. We had a few issues here-and-there and Mario was always extremely responsive and supportive in resolving (e.g., a measurement was wrong, a cabinet was not delivered properly, us forgetting what we decided on and where some shelves are supposed to go, etc).

I spent $20k on kitchen cabinets with sincere and the order has arrived with two missing cabinets.   Don't expect good follow up.  We have been waiting for two weeks for a response from Zan and Sincere customer service.  Pretty much non existent, e.g. we will get back to you.  Project and our contractor remain on hold.    Insanely bad customer service.

Sincere Home Decor carries most everything one would need for kitchen and bathroom remodels, and at reasonable prices when compared to other independent businesses such as Ashby Lumber in Berkeley. My partner and I remodeled our kitchen in late 2019, and made most of the purchases through Sincere, including the solid wood cabinetry which was manufactured in the US. One of the best parts of the experience was our showroom sales representative, Emrick Li. He really knew the inventory, how to use the 3-D modeling software, and was great answering our questions. We're very pleased with the way everything turned out. Thank you SHD, and thank you Emrick!

Ordered white Diamond cabinets and arrived within the estimated timeframe.  Picked out the countertops and backsplash ahead of time.  Cabinets were delivered individually boxed.  I love the way everything turned out!  Gabbie and Emrick were very helpful.

Excellent service, super efficient and fast and very reliable work. They have everything you need to finish the work. I was lucky to work with Mario, he is the best ! We went to their store and happen to talk to him, he worked with us and helped us select kitchen cabinets and counter tops. He finished everything quickly and even he worked after his shift to help us. Delivery was as scheduled, all parts were in good condition. If you go to their location in Market St, ask for Mario !

David was a tremendous help in the process of updating our cabinets and countertops. At every step of the process he helped us to plan, order, and get everything installed, and we're very happy with the results! Would absolutely work with Sincere Home Decor on any future projects.

Sincere Home Décor is one of the most amazing businesses we have worked with. From the very first contact to the very end. It all started with a vague idea, and the end result was an amazing kitchen! Mario Espinoza met with me and my wife several times via zoom, phone and in person. He helped us choose all the cabinets and appliances, and helped us with the design. The delivery of the materials was impeccable and on time, just as scheduled. The quality of the cabinets and drawers is amazing. Mario also gave us advice on how to install the cabinets. And last but not least, when it was time to install the counter top, a team of three skillful men showed up to do their magic. Even though my wife had her own work to do she couldn't stop from watching the team work, she was so impressed with their workmanship. Later on we learned that the owner himself, Ken, was one of them. We recommend Sincere Home Décor if you want to build new or remodel a kitchen! They are awesome!

Decent selection of quality home improvement material.  Once you have set an appointment, you will get good service. Prices are fair.

I had a rental house where the kitchen basically was gutted and redone.  My son and I gave a budget for cabinets based on estimates from IKEA.  Of course, the reality was that the cabinets from IKEA are made of particle board and would not hold up well.  

I have been working in the past 5 months on a complete remodel of an apartment in the Peninusula. This has included all new appliances for the kitchen, new flooring for kitchen and two bathrooms, new quartz countertops/sink/vanities/fans/etc.. Mario was a superb professional from start to finish. His planning, design suggestions on materials, his speed in preparing answers AND the huge trust factor that comes up with simply interacting with the dozens of follow up questions I had. I can not say enough about Mario's excellent customer focus, reliability and response to any topic. As the representative of Sincere, he delivered on providing consistent high value to me as a customer. My contractor, aslo, shares a very high opinion on Mario. Finally, in contrast to the interaction with professionals at Home Depot or the Granite Expo in Emeryville there is no comparison.

We are remodeling our kitchen and three bathrooms and we bought most of the materials here. There are many great products here. Emrick Li is our sales person and he guided us through the whole process as we knew little about remodeling. Emrick is very knowledgeable and patient. He listened to our needs and concerns. We are very lucky to have him.

Not overpriced for kitchen remodels and excellent customer service.

We made an appointment with Mario and he was AMAZING!  He was friendly, smart, fast and so easy to work with. I was also getting a bid from a big box store and it was considerably less expensive here. I'm impressed...

Well mannered during initial sales, but customer services deteriorates with follow ups. If anything wrong goes wrong, you're pretty much on the hook. Not helpful at all. Missing parts? They'll advise you for lazy workaround methods for installation or ask you to buy more spare parts later. Expect 0 helpful customer service after you've paid since they've got a strict no return policy on most stuff you buy there. You're on your own. Hard for layperson to know what you're getting, so I'd suggest only buy from them if you are an installer/contractor that knows what they're getting.

I put a kichenette in my downstairs where there was not existing plumbing or electrical for a kitchen. Mario was fantastic in helping me design the kitchen in the small space and informing me about appliance sizes for practical applications and keeping it all within my budget. I really appreciated his knowledge and ability to show me different kitchen layouts along with the cost of the different cabinet types and styles (it's so helpful to see what it might look like) and keep me up-to-date on when they would arrive as I ordered them during the period when shipping was slowed down by pandemic restrictions. He was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns (like asking the manufacturer to give me new cabinet doors when I felt the ones I had received were not matching and the new doors looked so much better!) I couldn't have done it with out Mario's help. He truly provided customer service above and beyond my expectations.  Thanks, Mario!!

Mario designed another kitchen for me.  He comes up with a good lay out, does it real efficiently, does not waste any time and the cabinets are good quality at a very reasonable price.

Wow where do I begin. It took me nearly a year after this traumatic experience to write this review. I don't think there are enough words allowed to go into detail on all the problems I had. My remodel was a complete nightmare thanks to Sincere Home Decor. 

Came here after visiting a show room. we looked around ourselves. Mario was there and we just asked him one question. And then we left. we came back and he remembered us and helped us out through the entire process. Very helpful and provided us with valuable insights on which products to use. Wish we had another house to renovate.

this is the third kitchen i have worked with mario building and planning and i can't say enough about his knowledge and suggestions which have enhanced our projects and simplified installation. I very much recommend anyone desiring to build their kitchen to work with mario, you won't go wrong!!

Great experience working with Sincere for our bathroom addition. Although we did have some miscommunication with one of the products (no one's fault) that had already been delivered to our house, Anna was able to find the correct product and get it on a truck that was going to be in our area the next morning. It was delivered just in time for installation and did not slow the project down. Much appreciated for the quick turn around!

Perhaps Sincere Home Decor isn't that sincere. My dad has been a customer for at least 20 years for renovations across the Bay Area. We ordered two sets of kitchen cabinets and two granite countertops. 

We are doing a kitchen remodel.  This Sincere location was recommended by our contractor.  Sincere has several product lines.

Just finished updating my main bathroom and couldn't be any happier  with the results.

We just renovated our bathroom and we got most of the materials from Sincere.  Their price is reasonable and quality is top notch.  Emrick and Neo provided us with professional recommendations and personalized service.  Without their help, ordering hundred of parts would have been daunting.  Fortunately, Sincere is here to streamline the whole process.

Neo was amazing. She really helped make the image I had in my head of my dream kitchen come to life. I'd recommend Sincere and Neo to anyone looking to remodel and in the market for new cabinets.

I worked with Mario Espinosa for my condo renovation project. First, he was creative and made a number of excellent suggestions based on what I was trying to achieve. 

Got some price estimates for my bathroom vanity, very expensive! I ran to Granite Expo (Emeryville) instead!

My family used this so called "establishment" to help renovate our home. After spending thousands with them, we ended up not using one standing shower base. 

Mario and Kevin and the whole team were excellent.  I do about 3 remodels a year, I have typically used Ikea but on a tip I went to Sincere in Oakland.  We got a very nice, quality kitchen and bath set up, as well as floors.
