[Addition and whole house remodel] We had DJ construction do a complicated addition and remodel our whole house. Not the cheapest, but very professional, flexible and communicative through this project. Friends of ours with similar or even smaller projects complain about their contractors taking much longer than promised by their project managers. That was not the case with DJ construction company.
The project was done on time and within the quoted budget, despite some unexpected expenses coming from rising materials market.
We did run into some problems along the way, but our project manager Marshall was so nice, responsible and offered many helpful suggestions. His team got things fixed or re-done quickly.
I can't say enough how pleasantly surprised we were. My family were so thankful for their help from DJ Construction company.
The addition is very beautiful, and the house is much more functional and enjoyable than before.Comment

[全屋装修] Marshall是我接触过的contractor里最认真负责的一个。遇到问题总会主动来沟通，想办法解决，从来不会出现联系不上的情况。装修质量相当不错。已经搬进来住了快半年了，没有出现任何质量问题。很推荐。Comment

[浴室装修] 小春师傅是我的一位朋友介绍的，刚好看到平台上有他的档案，于是就找了他来做了估价，当然同时我也找了其他的师傅。最终还是选择了他帮我翻新房屋，毕竟有朋友推荐嘛。小春师父的技术非常好。项目过程中一些我不太懂的地方讲的都非常清楚和直白。在这里不得不说下，小春师父的浴室防水做的非常好（我听city的inspector 说的）。他给我多敷设了防水层，而且标准都是远超city的要求，非常感谢。。。。。Comment

[Home Renovation] We can't thank Marshall enough for helping us prepare our home for sale. My wife and I had no idea what we needed to update to bring in buyers. Our property is in good condition, nothing major needed. Marshall helped us give it a facelift. Kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring, and paint interior/ exterior. It looks great and we are ready. Our compliments to Marshall for helping manage cost, design and everything in between.Comment
