[Home addition] 我们目前正在就 Steven Yi 相关事项进行正式投诉并采取法律行动。
与该页面所显示的信息类似，我们此前看到其对外宣传中展示了相关 license 信息，并在与我们的沟通中以 architect / contractor 等身份介绍其服务。但在我们多次要求其提供本人对应的执照号码、执照信息或相关资质证明后，截至目前，他未能向我们提供。
在我们的项目过程中，Steven Yi 曾向我们表示自己是 Ouqi Li 所属公司的 “manager”，并长期参与项目沟通及协调。但在我们提出将就 Ouqi Li 及其公司向 CSLB 投诉后，Steven Yi 随后否认自己与该公司的关联。相关沟通记录我们均有保留。
我们的项目采用了 Steven Yi 提供的设计服务，并聘用了其介绍的 Ouqi Li 团队施工。此后项目出现严重延期、成本增加及其他争议，我们最终不得不通过 CSLB 投诉及法律程序维护自身权益。

[Kitchen] Found Steven from SayHomee. We selected his team after interviewed 6 GCs. We like his formal quotation process with everything confirmed in writing through email and his attention to details. His price is not the cheapest but reasonable. His has since guided us through the city permit application that went smoothly. I have high hope that the project execution will go smoothly as well. I'll report back after the project is finished but so far so good!Comment

[浴室裝修/熱水器/瓦斯管線permit 申請] 我們請Steven協助我們申請加建浴室還有更換熱水器的permit。Steven來回來了我們家很多次觀察結構，也立即回覆City的要求。重頭到尾的申請過程我們都不用跟city打交道。申請過程中，我們有任何問題他也能用他的經驗和知識很迅速的回答我們。另外我們的GC也打電話跟Steven詢問許多圖紙結構的問題，Steven也能夠替我們有效的跟GC溝通。Overall, 我很滿意Steven這次的服務，價錢也很公道，推薦大家。Comment
