千万不要用这个公司，千万不要用这个叫刘洁，Echo Liu的自称设计师的人，收了钱之后什么都不做，而且能力极低，简单的一个加建申请居然要一年半，开工了之后发现有设计错误，居然还要加钱才肯修改，又耽误了半年。期间各种不接电话，不回邮件，答应的事情翻脸就不承认，完全没有诚信。直接造成我损失了5万刀。评论

最糟糕的服务。这2个烂苹果怎么得到2个5星的评分的？这2个5星的评分是他们的真正的客户给的还是ECHO的亲戚/儿子做假给的？正是这2个5星的评分害得我用他们设计我的房子翻新. 可他们一而再再二三的托期延期交图，一托就是6个月，害得我损失$70，000. Echo 根本没有半点职业抄手， 也没有设计能力，根本不提供任何专业建议， 设计全靠我做，她只是将我的设计转换到图纸上， 可他都要拖6个月。而且收费很高。 他们收了钱就找不到人，即不接电话，又不回电话。我这里火烧眉毛， 10个工人等着修改的图纸丝工可她2周不回个电话， 1个月不交图。幸好我找到了一个很好的设计师，停止用他们， 并准备起诉。请看我给他们的最后一分邮件：Scott, one important matter that I forgot to mention to you that This planet grow rotten apple, it also grow good apple! Now we can continuously work on your job and build a strong house. It is a good move, good for you and good for me”. This is the comment from the 3rd party who has met you both and my new engineer. Only when you have a comparison you know who is good and who is rotten. I really should cancel your service 8 months ago; in fact many times I wanted to cancel it but since I already paid you I didn’t want to waste my money; but keeping you on has wasted me $70,000 that is far far more than the money I paid you, plus I suffered mountains of frustration from your unlimited delaying my design and no reply on urgent situations. I am very fortunate that I have an excellent contractor Arnold who is a master on foundation and structure work. For last 3 weeks he and me couldn’t get a simple reply from you, and I begged him not halt my construction, so he had to work on my basement floor framing, foundations, footings and pads that support the basement floor, 1st floor and the roof without any designed plan to follow, he designed them himself and build them. My new engineer today said that he got them all correct but need to add one load bearing foundation cross the house to hold the house all the way from basement to the roof. My contractor was doing your job and carrying your liability. Without such a capable, highly experienced and exceptionally Master, my construction had been halted 3 weeks ago because you didn’t provide the design that your charged me and I paid you for, even not a simple reply on my request.As you know that I urgently need to submit my revision to the city for approval so I can book an inspection to pull concrete. Otherwise my contractor’s 10 workers have no work to do. I am very busy right now and will not have time to read/reply on your reply below, but I will later.
