建筑牌照分三个等级：

• A 牌（General Engineering Contractor)
• B牌 （General Building Contractor)
• C牌 （Specialty Contractor,分为42 类

A牌负责做公共工程，例如：机场，公路，桥梁，学校等等
B牌负责做商品楼，私人住宅，包括新建房屋，加建，扩建，翻新，防震加固等等
C牌负责专业的一种技能：常用的有,电工（C-10), 油漆工(C-33),管道工（C-36),房顶 （C-39),围栏（C-13),地板（ C-15), 水泥（C-8), 框架（C-5)...
